An important aspect to this new product is the way it is delivered to the patient. They needed to show the process and also assure their audience that they would not be alone and would have help at hand to help walk them through the new process.

In this explainer style video, peoples stories intertwine to introduce their product and to explain how it could be life changing. Authentic stories form an emotional connection with the audience that are powerful when paired with simple illustrated characters.
